Bingo Packing, located in China's Eastern Zhejang province, has been manufacturing cosmetic containers and successfully supplying its products to large international companies in America, Europe, Australia and India for many years.

The Asian company has just released another high quality range to extend its existing packaging offer. The company's new Grid line styled cosmetic jar and bottle family is decorated with an attractive and well crafted, fine raised grid on its outer shell.

The bottle

Comprising a hard and durable acrylic, the outer bottle, is transparent so that it can show the colour of the outer wall of the inner container.

The inner tube is made of PP; the shoulder, inner cap and top disc are made of ABS, and the outer cap is made of acrylic.

Colour can coat the outer side of inner cap or inner tube as well as the inner side of outer cap and outer bottle. Any colour combination may be chosen. The bottle is currently available in volumes of 40ml and 100ml.

The jar

The jars, currently available in volumes of 30ml and 50ml, match the bottles with the same grid line on the body and cap.

The outer jar and outer cap is made of acrylic while the inner bowl is made of PP. The shoulder and top disc is made of ABS.

Decoration options for the packaging components include metallization, overspraying and PU / UV coating. A logo or branding can be incorporated through hot stamping, silk screening or heat transfer techniques.
