There are 14 automatic manufacturing lines in service, ensure product quality and satisfy customer requirements. Its annual production capacity for tube is 150 million pieces since it opens the 2nd facility in Shenzhen on 2003.
BOYA’s professional molding & tooling team equipped with facility provides various tubes including extruded mono tube, co-extruded tube (double-layer and five-layer-tube); types from round shape, oval shape to flat shape; diameters from 16mm to 60mm and fluid capacities from 5ml to 500ml.
As a leading manufacturer in plastic tube field, BOYA has been supported by sound technology, such as Injection Molding (caps), Bi-Injection Molding, Sealing, Hot-Stamping, Labeling, Varnishing. It can provide customers with different decoration processes which include Offset-Printing, Silkscreen Printing, Hot-foil Stamping, In-Mold Labeling and Hot-Stamping. The research and mold developing team of BOYA can provide satisfactory service according to the different designs from clients，such as special tube heads, nozzles, lip applicators as well as special tail ending, etc.
