We have a combined 30 years in the restaurant industry. After working for years at several different establishments, we decided that it was time to combine our efforts and talents and make a go of it on our own. We will create food that is creative yet rooted in Southern culture and tradition using the freshest, seasonal, local ingredients that the American South has to offer.

Food that is both thought provoking and consistently delicious, served in a cozy atmosphere with prompt and proper service. Our bar selection will boast delicious original cocktails, micro brewed beers and house made sodas.
Our goal is to treat the New Orleans area, not just to the Cajun and Creole cuisine that our area is known for, but rather a culinary experience of our Southern United States. ‘Bible Belt’ cuisine at it’s finest, we cover the ‘Low Country’ to the ‘Cajun Country’.
