Cavan Box Ltd was established in 1983. We have invested heavily in training our staff to the highest standards to compliment that investment in the latest production equipment available. Our state of the art facility in Cavan is one of the largest cardboard producing plants in the North East of Ireland.
The core business of Cavan Box is the manufacture of corrugated board and the conversion into plain and printed cases and multi-point glued cartons. We can offer individual and bespoke packaging solutions created to your requirements, industry standard packaging and point of sale packaging.
High quality conventional flexographic printing and multi-point gluing, for point of sales market display in the food sector. 90% of boxes are made from recycled paper. Our manufacturing facility is capable of producing both conventional and die-cut plain or printed boxes in any quantity to customer’s specific requirements.
Quality is very important to us, our quality team have attained all available certifications for client requirements including BRC Grade A High Hygiene Risk. There are daily rigorous production and quality meetings ensuring standards are maintained.
We have a dedicated fleet of lorries, which are also controlled under BRC standards, that deliver our products in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK.
