The company created in 1983 by JP PINARD is specialized in plastic injection and is actively involved in the perfume, cosmetics and spirits market.
Our core business is to realize custom-made and standard components for perfume, cosmetics and spirits packaging (caps - spray pump cover – bottle – cosmetic jars – stoppers).
Codiplas has now a new plant of more than 10 000 square meters located in the heart of the Plastic valley. We carry out our clients projects from the study (by our research department) to the delivery of finished parts and we manage every step of the process:
- Realisation of our own tooling
- Testing process
- Production in our workshop
- Finishing of the product
From the creation to the assembling, we master/ manage the whole manufacturing process :
- Research department : creation and realization of various parts
- Tooling department :creates repairs maintains and stocks the various moulds
- Manufacturing department : manufactures and follows up the parts
- Assembly department: assembling of the various parts to obtain the finished product
