Collcap Packaging, innovating in 2010

Clearly demonstrating Collcap's versatility across a broad range of pack types and originality in design and function, the company has just released three new cosmetic packages that are creating a buzz wherever they're showcased.

Eyeshadow Pens
This unique pack features sprung-loaded godets inserted into the caps to ensure that the pen is mess-free and primed for use every time the cap is unscrewed. Made from ABS material and available as a single (1g) or a double-ended pen (2 x 1g), both packs are available with customized decoration options such as colour matching of the cap and base, silk screen and hot stamp printing, and a selection of sponge applicator tips. These eye shadow pens are available with a low MOQ of 10,000 pieces.

Integral Pump Tubes
These new integral pump tubes offer several key advantages over the traditional screw-on or snap-on pump tube. Available in 25mm or 30 mm diameter to accommodate fill capacities ranging from 25ml to 80ml, the moulded pump header and actuator allows for a completely airtight pack with a built-in pump. The integration of pump and tube also allows for a more cost efficient pack. As with all of Collcap's tubes, decoration options include off-set, silk-screen, hot-stamp, and CMYK (photo-quality) printing as well as cap, actuator and tube colour matching, pearlised finishes, metalized caps and much more. Integral Pump Tubes are available with a low MOQ of 20,000 pieces and can offer a substantially reduced lead time to other traditional pump tubes.

Powder Grater Pots
Powder dispensing pots have never been so easy to use. Available in three mainstream capacities including a stylish mini 3.5g, as well as the larger 7g and 20g versions, these grater pots feature a revolving aluminium grating plate which allows consumers to transform solid powder into loose powder with a simple twist of the grater plate. With a range of customized options available to differentiate your pack including a screw-on or hinged cap, mirrors, silk screen and hot stamp printing, and built in applicator sponges or powder puffs; there is a Powder Grater to suit every taste. The Powder Grater Pot range is available with a low MOQ of 5,000 pieces and there is also a unique square shaped 20g refillable pack available on request.
