Collcap produces the latest Soap and Glory packaging

    • Collcap

Collcap Packaging’s latest collaboration with Soap and Glory showcases the company's highest standard of glass vacuum metallization. The supplier and developer of cosmetic packaging solutions worldwide, Collcap now has another highly successful addition to its bespoke fragrance résumé.

Renowned for its distinctive, eye-catching skincare packaging, Soap and Glory required something special to ensure its new fragrance bottle lived up to the brand’s image. Collcap provided its full 2D and 3D design services and made use of the latest rapid prototyping technology to deliver a quality product which combines youthful, offbeat brand appeal with a premium look achieved through its quality finish.

Two pilot moulds were produced early in the development process, enabling the customer to view their future product and its decoration possibilities without the long wait for sample creation and the associated tooling costs.

Long considered one of trickiest finishing techniques in the business, the outstanding vacuum metallization of the glass for the ‘Original Pink’ Eau de Parfum typifies the advantages of Collcap’s ever-expanding sourcing network, which enables the company to locate the best manufacturers worldwide, whatever the required technique.

Distinctive silkscreen printing and ribbon complete this attractive, high quality design, providing additional visual impact.

Collcap’s products and its new rapid prototyping service will be showcased at Packaging Innovations London (6 & 7 October) at Stand F3.
