Existing product with new decoration:

• 3 weeks for printed samples into the customer's hands, from receipt of artwork and colour target
• 13 weeks for delivery to customer adddress via sea freight, from PO and sample approval
• If air freight is requested, then this is usually 9 weeks from PO and sample approval to customer address

New product with plastic tooling:

• From drawing approval, tooling in plastic usually takes 50 days for a sample to be delivered to the customer for approval
• From approval, delivery to the customer is 9 weeks for air-freight or 13 weeks for sea-freight

New product with glass tooling:

• 5 weeks from pilot tooling, for printed samples to reach the customer
• From customer approval, completion of the tooling takes another 5 weeks
• From completion of the tooling, delivery to the customer takes another 13 weeks
