The use of the Compress Air

Thank's to the utilization of the Compress Air, introduced between the external mantle of COMPACT100 and the bag-in-box, the bag comes literally wrung, eliminating any waste of product.

Compact 100 Empty

When it's empty, COMPACT100 must be collapsed, minimizing the encumbrance in the warehouse and into the truck for the return of the empty containers. Furthermore, they empties, are perfectly stackable.

Compact 100 Full

COMPACT100 when it's full contain 100 liters than goes into the one way bag-in-box, while the container is reusable n times. Thank's to the compress air, the liquid is emptied, base on its viscosity, very fast. (For water less than 60 seconds).

Loading in the Europallet of empty Compact 100

When empties, the COMPACT100 compacted, are easily stackable, allowing to load minimum 54 containers per Europallet. In this way we minimize the cost of return of the empties, making super convenient the utilization of COMPACT100

Loading in the Europallet of full Compact 100

When they are full, we can load 6 COMPACT100 per Europallet (80x120) for a total of 600 liters. Thank's to a light and compactable frame, we can stack 2 pallets, arriving to 1200 liters per area 80cmx120cm.

Special liquid connector

Thanks' to the special liquid connector, the liquid can be filled and emptied without loosing any leak, maintaining perfectly clean the working area.

The bag in box

The liquid enter into the bag in box, remaining perfectly isolated from the oxygen and light, it can remain inside without alterations for a long period. Ones emptied at 100%, we waste only the bag-in-box.
