Conventional pumps contain multiple materials and are not easy to disassemble, making them difficult to recycle. That's why at COPCO we offer a series of all-plastic pumps.

COPCO's new range of all plastic lotion pumps is 100% made from plastic to make product recycling easier than ever. The consumer can just toss it into the recycling bin after the product is finished, with no need to separate the pump into different materials. Brands can also request the pumps in PCR!

All-PP lotion pump

COPCO has added the All-PP lotion pump into its portfolio of packaging products. As the name suggests, each and every part of this product is manufactured from PP —including the spring— so that the mono-material product can be easily recycled after use.

An ideal travel pack — COPCO’s 30ml PET foaming bottle

COPCO’s 30ml PET foaming bottle is an ideal choice for travel packs or sample; suitable for a range of products from facial cleanser to shaving foam to hair mousse.

Bio-plastic packaging options

COPCO has incorporated new material options for its personal care packaging. The new materials available are PP produced from rice-husk and bio-polymer plant fiber composites. When compared with traditional hydrocarbon polymers both of COPCO's new materials offer obvious advantages for protecting the environment and reducing carbon emissions.

COPCO debuts its first one-material pump

COPCO would like to proudly debut its first one-material pump, which is made entirely from PE resin. It not only makes recycling easier than ever as it is fully recyclable but also increases the purity of the PCR-PE pellets by reducing other materials.

COPCO enters the beverage market with hot fill PET bottles

Thanks to our expertise in PET, we have been carefully expanding our range to include beverage bottles, which could hold hot-fill drinks in temperature from 80 to 120 degrees centigrade. Made from food-grade material, these PET plastic bottles are avaialbe in 500ml to 1L capacities and customized molds can be offered for a unique shape.

COPCO's all-PE airless tube

COPCO presents its all-PE airless tube. The 25mm tube is ideal for cosmetic fluids, available for tubes of 15-50ml capacity, and the pump discharges 0.3±0.03ml at each actuation.

COPCO's PET bottle that offers extra choice

COPCO's PET bottle is offered with or without shoulder decoration, plus a choice of either an orifice reducer or a serum pump. It is supplied with a PP cap and is ideal for beauty applications

COPCO's refillable airless bottles

Compared to traditional airless, COPCO's refillable airless bottle, produced with fully recyclable materials, could save up to 75% of materials from going to landfill.

COPCO's wash and sanitizer packs for hand hygiene

As a professional packaging supplier, COPCO has launched a collection of good-quality PET bottles, which are ideal for sanitizing products, such as waterless hand disinfection products and foaming hand wash. The sizes are available from 30ml to 300ml and have multiple closure options.

Cosmetic airless roller for premium facial treatments

COPCO has added a new product to its increasing portfolio of packaging for premium cosmetic products. The new addition is a sleek airless bottle that features a roller for gentle, even application. Offered with a 10ml capacity, the PETG airless bottle is styled as a pen so the end-user can easily target and apply the formulation, thanks to a duplex stainless steel roller
