COPCO has added the All-PP lotion pump into its portfolio of packaging products. As the name suggests, each and every part of this product is manufactured from PP —including the spring— so that the mono-material product can be easily recycled after use.

All plastic pumps are now recyclable too!

COPCO's new range of all plastic lotion pumps is 100% made from plastic to make product recycling easier than ever. The consumer can just toss it into the recycling bin after the product is finished, with no need to separate the pump into different materials. Brands can also request the pumps in PCR!

COPCO’s 30ml PET foaming bottle is an ideal choice for travel packs or sample; suitable for a range of products from facial cleanser to shaving foam to hair mousse.

COPCO debuts its first one-material pump

COPCO would like to proudly debut its first one-material pump, which is made entirely from PE resin. It not only makes recycling easier than ever as it is fully recyclable but also increases the purity of the PCR-PE pellets by reducing other materials.

COPCO enters the beverage market with hot fill PET bottles

Thanks to our expertise in PET, we have been carefully expanding our range to include beverage bottles, which could hold hot-fill drinks in temperature from 80 to 120 degrees centigrade. Made from food-grade material, these PET plastic bottles are avaialbe in 500ml to 1L capacities and customized molds can be offered for a unique shape.

COPCO's all-PE airless tube

COPCO presents its all-PE airless tube. The 25mm tube is ideal for cosmetic fluids, available for tubes of 15-50ml capacity, and the pump discharges 0.3±0.03ml at each actuation.
