The 2nd edition of Cosmoprof India will be held in Mumbai over 2 days - 16th and 17th December at the Hotel Sahara Star.

The exhibition, organized by Informa Markets India and BolognaFiere Group, is a platform for stakeholders interested in the economic evolution of beauty and cosmetics sector in the country. The prestige of the Cosmoprof brand helps to attract highly reputed companies and buyers, as showcased by the impressive results of the 2019 edition, with 237 exhibitors from 23 countries and 7,429 operators from 48 countries.

The size of India’s beauty, cosmetic and grooming market will touch 20 billion dollars by 2025 from the current level of 6.5 billion dollars. Annual growth in the Indian beauty and cosmetics markets is estimated to remain in the range of 15-20% in the coming years, twice as fast as that of the US and European markets. These numbers are prompting more international players to increase their presence in India.

BolognaFiere Group S.p.A and Informa Markets in India, organisers of Cosmoprof India 2020, have decided to postpone the 2020 edition to the new date of October 29-31, 2020 at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre. The event was originally scheduled to be held from September 2 to 4, 2020.

Following its preview in September, Cosmoprof India will take place from 12th to 14th June, 2019, at the Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC).

The Indian beauty market is constantly evolving, with an annual growth which remains regularly in double figures. Cosmoprof India will be a new opportunity for visibility and economic development for companies focused on finished products, especially those for skincare, body-care and haircare.

The exhibition will be organized by Cosmoprof Asia Ltd, as a joint venture between Bologna Fiere and UBM, two of the largest groups in the world organizing trade shows and professional events.
