Danapak Flexibles
We are a leading supplier of flexible packaging in Northern Europe.
The company was founded in 1955 by the Danish dairies organisation and the first name was Mejeribrugets Emballagefabrik amba. 10 years later in 1965 the name was changed to Danapak.
Danapak Flexibles A/S has throughout the years achieved a very wide production competence. Numerous variations of plastic films, aluminium and paper are part of the daily work.
The production core competences can be divided in to following main groups
- Printing technique: Flexo and gravure up to 9 colours.
- Lamination: Extrusion lamination, solvent free and solvent based
- lamination and wax lamination.
- A special competence is tandem extrusion which makes it possible to manufacture flexible laminates in up to 9 layers in one pass.
- Slitting.
- Embossing.
- Punching of coverleaves and heatsealable die cut lids.
- Delivery of reel-fed coverleaves and heatsealable lids.
It has continiously been Danapak Flexibles’ target to offer products and service of a high quality to our customers. Our goal is to deliver products and services according to mutual agreed specifications to meet our customers expectations.
Our internal quality department is working closely with the management to improve our quality systems which ensures the customer the same quality on all products and services.
We have implemented quality systems on all Danapak Flexibles’ factories and we are certified according to ISO 9001 and BRC/IOP standards.
Another important focus area, which is a natural part of our quality assurance, is the hygiene area. In the hygiene area we work systematically with risks analyis and is certified according to ISO 22000.
