BevBax™
The BevBax™ is a robust packaging solution that can carry a combination of snack food and beverage. This variation of our Bax technology delivers all the benefits of a traditional box, but with substantially reduced packaging weight. The flat-pack design pops open easily and can feature high impact branding up to 6 colours.
The BevBax™ can be configured to suit a number of different applications:
- Multiple beverage sizes and snack types, from popcorn to fastfood
- 2 drinks
- Branded and unbranded applications
Flexicarry™ – 1, 2, 3, or 4 pint beer carrier; One size fits all pint cups
Flexicarry™ is the only flexible multi-cup carrier in the world, which can conveniently and safely carry and share 1, 2, 3 or 4 drinks with one-hand without spilling.
Supplied flat, this international patented design is manufactured in the UK from fully recyclable low slip PP. It can be branded on both sides with up to 4 colour litho printing.
On testing at stadia events, the Flexicarry™ has been shown to increase speed-of-service at beer concessions by up to 50% vs existing cardboard carriers. The product also benefits from being extremely light, reducing packaging waste and storage space by over 75% compared to competitors.
The Flexicarry™ has passed stringent health and safety tests, and unlike other carriers, is not a trip hazard or a potential projectile.
No assembly, bending or folding is required - just place the filled cups into the holes, and go.
CarryBar™ – Increased stability with less material
The Carrybar™ employs a unique central bar mechanism to provide high levels of robustness and stability. It can be configured to carry beverage or snack items across multiple sizes. Its design provides an attractive platform for promotional messages and is ideal for co-branding between retail outlets and suppliers. All of this is delivered in a packaging solution that uses 20% less material than our nearest competitor.
Delta’s production capabilities in Belfast have recently been expanded to include a new 55,000 sq ft facility housing one of Europe’s most advanced carton manufacturing environments.
Delta’s core production and administration base has been significantly enhanced with the completion of an additional 55,000 sq ft production development. The new building houses the latest Hi-Definition rotary flexographic CI press with bespoke downstream obverse and reverse functional barrier coating capability (running reel-to-reel). It is teamed with both rotary die-cutting and large format platen options, giving ultimate flexibility in conjunction with high-speed productivity.
Fully automated colour and register controls are integrated into the production set up. Finishing options for both high speed flat-folded cartons and a new set up for nested clamshell are fed from the new flexo line.
Combined with recent enhancements to the Company’s existing sheet-fed lithographic plant, these investments keep Delta at the forefront of innovative carton manufacturing in Europe.

EPS Poland opened the doors to an additional manufacturing facility in Gliwice. EPS Poland occupies a purpose-built 10,000 sqM facility that encompasses both rotary flexographic and sheet-fed lithographic printing technologies, in-line functional barrier coating capability and the full range of gluing & finishing options to serve our existing sectors and new customers alike.
