Providing business support through packaging expertise The Dalesman group provide bespoke flavours for the meat, fish & bakery industries. Their products are highly regarded within the food industry and they approached Design Futures to help them establish a similar name within the retail market. Our brief was to create branding and packaging for a new range of gourmet sauce mixes and stuffings. Designer Nick Waddington says: " We wanted to create more than just individual packaging for the six initial products. We wanted to create a brand and packaging style that has room for growth. Gordon Rhodes was the company founder and was quite a colourful character. We were keen to build the brand around him. We conducted a detailed retail audit with the Dalesman team and used the information gathered to inform our design development.
