    Design

We are well aware of the fact that the initial drawings, designs and other development work often give rise to considerable problems. We can help you with our experience to eliminate the “teething problems” associated with product development and to ensure that products of a superb technical standard are created.

Once the concept has been formulated and all the technical requirements have been formulated, the idea can then be implemented with the help of the latest 3D-CAD technology. In this manner various alternatives can be examined and changes can be made with the backing of highly qualified personnel and state-of-the-art technology.

    Rapid-Prototyping

An idea takes shape. Although this step is not absolutely essential, a stereolithographic model is nevertheless very advantageous as it gives a more accurate idea of the final product concerning ergonomics and function.

Such an epoxy resin model often avoids costly and time-wasting changes to serial tools.

Moreover, is a small series is required at this early stage, up to 100 samples can be produced by vacuum casting with a material that is very similar to the one of the serie-products.

    Mould Making

Form and function as a harmonious whole. After the development stage and prototyping, our skilled mouldmakers ensure that the product is quickly transferred to serie production.

The mould geometry is generated from the 3D data of the product and finally the complete mould is constructed – all in the virtual, three-dimensional world of the computer.

After the finished mould design is checked, the tool-paths for our CNC machines are automatically generated by CAM (computer aided manufacture). Thanks to this technology we are able to deal with even most complex geometries.
