Flexible Packing Services are experts in manufacturing high quality pillow sachets for the food industry.
We are a British company, serving primairly UK & Irish businesses but we do contract manufacture sachets for companies across the globe.
We contract fill sachets for a range of well-known brands, products appearing on supermarket shelves, private label and a variety of small business & start-ups as well as serving some niche sectors.
Quality is at the heart of our business, we are a BRC food certified site and food safety comes first.
Our friendly office team support customers from quote through to dispatch, providing high levels of satisfaction with service.

We have a modern factory located in Merseyside, close to major transport links. Our site includes a large food grade warehouse for storage of goods in and out.
We are a growing company and have been operation for 10+ years with our owners having many more years’ experience in the sachet and food industries.
Sachet Filling:
Our speciality is filling powders and ambient low viscosity liquids into pillow sachets with 3-4 side seals.
We are a food grade contract packer, specialising primarily in the food and nutrition sectors. We also produce sachets for health & beauty - particularly foods for medical purposes, nutraceuticals & nutricosmetics.
We can produce sachets in a range of materials to meet customer preferences (e.g. paper / foil / clear / eco).
We offer both plain or printed sachet presentation, working with high quality food grade flexible printing houses.
We specialise in manufacturing medium size sachets, our machine fill weight capabilities are from 2g to 150g.
Other Services:
We can offer the option of powder blending if required, prior to sachet filling. This helps save costs and manage the supply chain.
We do also provide a service of secondary packing of sachets offline, into customer supplied POS boxes, if required.
As standard all sachets are bulk boxed online and palletised ready for dispatch.
