    GCC Packaging develops a new double-ended cosmetic pen with bristle paddle brush on one side, and a brow pen on the other.

    The new brow applicator in paddle shape is comprised of synthetic bristles. Instead of conventional spiral comb for most double-ended make-up pen, the new, extremely dense bristle brush makes it a lot easier for users to comb brow hair before eyebrow make-up application.

    There are 3 optional barrel shapes available for different style selection, it can either be round, triangle or rectangular to meet specific product requirement.
