Preserving and protecting the integrity of products is a challenging task for manufacturers in the cosmetics industry. With the advantage of anti-oxidation/ anti-pollution/ no residue, airless bottles are known for their ability to protect the most sensitive formulas.

To keep the formula fresh, spring inside the pump can be one of the key points. One marvelous design– External Up-Spring brings the formulas absolute away from the metal, reducing the chemical reaction happened. With this outstanding performance, our airless bottle suits organic products, higher concentration formulas and beauty care products, such as serum, lotion, cream, foundation, gel, and cleanser.

To prolong the life of the product and ensure the positive consumer experience, GCC Packaging is confident to introduce the following two series of the airless bottle: PP & thick-walled PETG.

PP Series Airless Bottle (15ml, 30ml, 50ml)

PP green plastic with good acid and alkali resistance are currently valuable in 15ml, 30ml & 50ml sizes in two designs: Plastic Actuator & Aluminum Actuator, which dispensed a dosing of 0.3ml in every single press. The all-plastic economical packaging allows for variety decoration like: spray painting, silk screening, double anodize & pattern stamping.

PETG Series Airless Bottle (15ml, 30ml, 50ml)

Different from the normal thin-walled PETG bottle in the market, this sparkle premium thick-walled packaging enlarges the PETG advantage of transparency, make it vivid as the glass. The bottle is made from PETG, actuator PP, and cap/base Aluminum.
