    Material Breakthrough! Bulk and Formulation Compliant PCR-PP for Cosmetic Packaging

    GEKA's breakthrough material innovation is the exclusive Bulk and Formulation-Compliant PCR-PP for primary cosmetic packaging. 

    This latest advancement saves 75% of CO2 emissions when compared to virgin PP and includes a minimum of 95% recycled content. Even with all these eco-friendly features, this new material offers unprecedented color brilliance with a spectacular visual effect such as metallic, pearl, chrome and multi-color, with the possibility of deep piano black. 

    The odorless material can be used for bottles, stems and caps and has gone under extensive testing for compatibility and compliance

    The uniqueness of our on-the-go fragrance packaging is evident through the combination of matte and shiny shadow printing as well as shiny silver hot foil printing.     GEKA had been chosen by Sante Naturkosmetik to produce the brand's new Mini Makes Mega Volume & Definition Mascara. The mascara brush, attractEXACT, which is made with one-component technology, glides effortlessly through the lashes by simultaneously defining and lengthening them. The innovative Shadow Printing was applied to the cap and also to the bottle, as well as being combined with screen printing on the bottle.
