Genesis Industries, Inc. was founded in June of 1985 by Mark Anderson, D.V.M., after graduating from Iowa State University and enjoying 10 years as a practicing veterinarian and owner of three clinics in Wisconsin and Minnesota. His desire to create and manufacture high quality plastic containers, specifically for veterinarians and the animal health care industry, was the basis for starting Genesis Industries, Inc. Since the founding of the company in Spring Valley, Wisconsin, Genesis Industries has grown into an international company with facilities in England and Australia and customers worldwide serving a wide variety of markets in addition to our core animal health care market. Our Products & Services

Genesis Industries utilizes injection molding technologies to produce disposable plastic syringes and cartridges in a wide variety of sizes, nozzle and plunger styles along with our tapered Micro Tip and other dispensing tips. In addition, we blow mold serum, threaded neck and specialty bottles, along with Squeeze-Jet™ Bellows bottles. We manufacture a variety of accessories for bottles such as rubber serum bottle stoppers, bottle hangers, standard and tamper evident shipping and draw-off caps, as well as transfer and draw-off spikes.

To complement our line of containers and accessories, our sister company, Genesis Instruments, offers high quality dispensing and filling equipment. These products include the V-Grip™, EZ Doser™, and Pow'r Doser™. They offer two sizes of semi-automatic piston fillers that are accurate, affordable, and easy to use for prototype and smaller volume runs. We are able to offer our customers a variety of assembly and packaging services, such as autobagging, blister carding, shrink packing, cartoning, and labeling. Additional services include corona and flame surface treatment, as well as hot stamping, silk screening, and pad printing. Contract irradiation and ETO services along with non-sterile product filling are available. Radio frequency (RF) sealing, ultrasonic sealing, and die cutting services are available as well.

In addition to our 'off the shelf' containers and components, we offer our customers innovative design, prototyping, and development services to create new products or containers from specific design criteria, conceptual drawings, or even the proverbial 'napkin sketches.'

Genesis Industries is strongly founded in the animal health care industry, but also has a strong presence in the pest control, ink jet cartridge refilling, adhesive, lubricant, industrial supply, food, cosmetic, dental whitening, human health, and home use (DIY) markets.

Our Facilities

Serving North, Central and South America

Genesis Industries' main manufacturing facility is located in the beautiful rolling hills and valleys of Elmwood, Wisconsin, which is about an hour east of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. It is an environmentally controlled, 62,000 square foot integrated manufacturing and warehouse facility that employs approximately 120 full and part time people working 3 shifts a day, 5 days a week to meet the needs of our customers. Injection molding, blow molding, and injection/blow molding machines are operated and monitored by highly skilled and well trained crews. Constant preventive maintenance and janitorial services assure the uninterrupted operation of each machine and the highest quality parts possible. Our on site Quality Control personnel assure that each part meets the design specifications and needs of our customers. Three tiers of pallet racking covering 20,000 square feet help us maintain sufficient inventory to assure our customers of rapid order fulfillment.

Serving Europe, Western Asia, the Middle East and Africa

Genesis Manufacturing, Ltd. was established in 1991 in Melksham, U.K. All products produced in the U.S. are available here as well and our staff provides the same services as in the U.S. Domestic manufacturing makes availability of products prompt and effective. With over 15,000 square feet of warehousing space in addition to our molding, decorating and machining capabilities, we are prepared to service the European market's needs.

Serving Australia and Asia

Genesis Industries Australia Pty, located in Mudgee, NSW, is a production and warehouse facility providing injection molding, decorating, assembly and machining services to the Australasian market. All products produced in the U.S. are available here as well. We work together with U.S. operations as well as having our own in-house development team available
