Direct Blow Molding PET Bottles

Glasel introduces variations of PET bottles - QUA30A and QUA50A, that are produced by direct blow molding in perfect harmony with the purpose-designed over cap and dispensing solutions.

Component details:

QUA (Over Cap)
■ This family is flush in perfect harmony with the
purpose-designed over cap. Both body and over
cap are in square pole shape.
■ There is a cut on the bottle shoulder.

G-100SPJ (Dispensing Dropper)
■ The G-100SPJ dropper can be fitted onto various
bottles that have a Z-100 atomizer opening. (This
does not apply to some products.)
■ Rubber part options are available in black and
white for NR/NBR and black for IIR.
■ The over cap is made with PP basically in milky
white, semi transparent or untransparent versions.

G-200SP (Dispensing Dropper)
■ It can be fitted onto various bottles that have a
Z-200 opening. (This does not apply to some
products.)
■ Choose the rubber part either from GLASEL's
original shape (SI) or the standard
dome shape (NBR/IIR*).
*Available in black and white for NBR and black for IIR.
