Development
In close collaboration with your own specialists, creation of drawings, models and tools is carried out on CAD/CAM associated to our machine tools and fast prototyping. Our Improvement team then joins the project and in addition the Quality team is involved from the earliest steps in order to ensure the very best results.
Deep-drawing
High production rates are ensured due to transfer and semi-automatic presses, flexible lines and automated machines.
Surface treatments
This modern and functional unit offers a wide range of finishes through polishing on CN machines, multicolour anodizing on automatic and manual lines. New materials and the latest treatments (like double anodization) allow real differentiation of your products.
Finishings
Assembly, multiple decoration (silkscreeening , hot stamping, ...) or laser engraving are carried out using automatic machines designed by our industrial workshop.
Supply Chain
All these operations are linked together and planned using a powerful ERP. Associated to our internal network, it is the guarantee of fast information flows and a reliable and regular contact with your teams.
