Pet Product Line

The PET product line comprises the production of bottles, containers, jars, flasks and miniatures with volumes ranging from 20 ml to 5 litres and neck finishes ranging between 18 mm and 110 mm, thanks to a combination of state of the art equipment and both one or two step processes. In addition to the standard transparent colour, we are able to produce our entire product range in an array of different, almost opaque colours depending on the individual needs and requirements of our customers.

Roll On Closures

With a very wide range of long and short “Roll On” aluminium closures, the Guala Closures Group can meet the needs of even the most demanding customer. The Group offers an extensive selection of models, all of which can be customised through the use of the most advanced decoration technologies such as: lithography, hot-foil, positive and negative embossing. Closures have a specific thread so that they can be screwed directly onto the neck of the bottle. Some of them have plastic components with specific functions such as for example the non-drip spout for olive oil or the flow restrictor for vinegar.

Safety Closures

For 60 years, the Guala Closures Group has been working on cutting-edge research applications to design and produce safety closures that reduce the risk of counterfeiting to a minimum, by preventing the “refilling” or replacement of the product. The Group has developed an extensive range of solutions, including customised closures to meet the needs of the market and its customers: these range from the simplest “Tamper Evident” technologies to more complex valve systems, sometimes using up to 13 components in a single closure

Spirits

Technological innovation has provided spirits manufacturers with solutions that make the counterfeiting of packaging increasingly difficult, enabling them to protect their brand image. Current solutions encompass an infinite number of non-refillable pourers with different levels of protection; non-refillable valve systems and tamper-evident systems. We are able to design totally customised closures in an infinite range of colours, shapes, sizes and materials to meet the needs of customers and to enhance brand image.

Water and Beverages

Guala Closures Group makes aluminium closures for beverages in glass bottles, sparkling and still soft drinks, fruit juices and non-alcoholic beverages. It is a supplier to some of the leading brands at international level, of closures with generic or tamper-evident closure systems, namely caps with a patented system that enables the consumer to tell if the bottle has been opened. All closures can be personalised with high quality graphics techniques to enhance brand image to the full.
