Hsing Chan Sovereign Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of packaging tube for beauty, cosmetic, healthcare, and pharmaceutical companies.
Since establish in 1981, we have taken the honest, friendly, and working hard on research and development as our management goal. We wish to provide our clients safety, health, and high quality products. We believe every product is a conscience business. Every product will have to experience public testing and criticize. - 1981.June - Hsing Chan was established in Taichung City Taiwan with capital 500,000 NTD.
- 1984 - The chemical department was set up and focused on the research and development on tourist and aviation applicants.
- 1985 - The founder and original president, Yao Nan Wu, retired in Oct. 1985 and Shu Kao Yi has become the new president.
- 1992 - The capital was increased to 5 million NTD and the company name was revised to “Hsing Chan Co., Ltd.” in 1992. In the same year, refilling department was set up and 4 high speed refilling machines were purchased to join the production line.
- 1994 - Industrial lead in Da-Li industrial park was purchased. The 4 floors headquarter building was build in the next year.
- 1996 - The capital was increased again to 20 million and the plastic injection department was set up. This has leaded Taiwanese hospitality industry into a new age.
- 1999 - The capital was increased to 40 million NTD and introduced the Swiss auto tube refiling Aisa system and technique.
- 2000 - The capital was increased up to 50 million NTD and started to export aviation applicants to USA and Japan.
- 2001 - By year 2001 has gain 90% market share of hospitality applicants and joined venture with Taiwanese hospitality association.
- 2003 - The skin care research and development department established. Hsing Chan starts offering manufacturing service in skin care product area. We also help our client build their own brand on Television shopping channel.
- 2007 - Hsing Chan had certificated by ISO 9001
- 2008 - Hsing Chan awarded The golden-hand award, the Superior factory in Taiwan.
- 2012 - Hsing Chan had certificated by VCGMP.
