FDA Cosmetic Regulations Workshop

This all-day seminar covers some of the latest issues in the cosmetic and personal care products industry such as: updates on U.S. FDA activities, changes in over-the-counter drugs regulations, FDA warning letters & consumer class actions, FTC, NAD and your advertising, claims and testing and how to protect your business.

In 1983, ICMAD was chosen by the Food and Drug Administration to create the FDA Cosmetic Regulations Workshop because of its focus on small and-mid-sized cosmetic entrepreneurial companies. Government officials and industry experts offered information to help beauty companies comply with regulations.

The all day meeting provides an excellent mix of presentations and panel discussions on topics of concern and importance to the manufacturers and marketers of cosmetics and Over-the-Counter (OTC) drugs. Panel discussions led by expert speakers focus on the latest issues in the cosmetic and personal care products industry such as: updates on U.S. FDA activities, changes in over-the-counter drugs regulations, FDA warning letters & consumer class actions, FTC, NAD and your advertising, claims and testing and how to protect your business.

The workshop provides a year's worth of information all in one day!
