Our UV based printing line delivers a high gloss finish and relive surface look. Our silkscreen presses print up to four colors in line with precise registration control.
Hot Stamping
This technology adds more value and luxury to the packaging. Customers can select any foil color stamped onto bottles or caps. The hot stamping die will dictate the shape of the stamp depending on the customer’s artwork.
Shrink Sleeve & Labeling
We have over 40 machines for shrink sleeve and labeling. Today’s bottle packaging’s shapes are no longer made to be perfectly square and symmetrical. It becomes a challenging task to get the labeling & shrink alignment correct while at the same time maintaining maximum process output.
Automated inspection cameras are installed on our labeling machines to inspect every label attached to the packaging, while critical measurements are performed to ensure perfect alignment of the shrink sleeve on the bottles before being fed into the heat tunnel. Therefore, we can achieve optimum efficiency without compromising perfection.
We provide decoration services including direct silkscreen printing, hot stamping, labeling, and shrink sleeve. With this service-added final touch to packaging, rather than delivering only plain packaging, we can also offer fully decorated packaging.

Our injection presses range from 170 tons to 500 tons for one color injection and/or two-color injection. We offer a combination UV printing technology that provides beautiful offset printing gradation, silkscreen, flexo, gravure and foil decoration all combined onto a single label.
Our label printing lines are comprised of 12-color printing stations with interchangeable printing cassettes and full servo driven technology. This allows us to combine the advantages of many printing techniques and precisions to achieve the best printing target. Finally, high-speed cameras are utilized to compare the standard with every printed label to ensure that every label delivered is defect free.
This technology is ideal for customers who desire a higher, value-added presentation through more picture-like graphics. All labels can be applied to the bottles directly or supplied to any factory location.
