Since 1947, INGE Spa has been producing plastic primary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry, the nutraceutical industry, food supplements, the veterinary industry, the cosmetic industry, hair products, diagnostics and household products.
With more than 60 years of experience, the company has developed and consolidated a remarkable know-how, with a constant and significant qualitative and quantitative development of its technical and manufacturing potential.
INGE’s numerous patents show that the company is oriented towards the continuous improvement of its products and the study of new solutions, technologies and materials.
INGE is certified ISO 9001/2008 since 1996 and produces medical devices with CE mark.
The factory, located in Gabagnate Milanese, in the outskirts of Milan, covers an area of over 20,000 m2 and is divided into three separate departments (injection moulding, injection blow moulding, injection stretch blow moulding and extrusion blow moulding) for a total of 50 production lines, many of which are in a controlled contamination environment class 100.000.
The first cleanroom of our production plants was created in 1992 and since then many others were put into operation according to the different types of products and in compliance with the qualitative requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
Besides the three departments mentioned above, there is also a department for the automatic assembly of multi-component devices and for the blister and flow pack packaging, as well as a decoration department, consisting of 10 lines (UV and traditional), which allows to achieve customizations of up to 8 colours and the application of laminates by heat. We make over 2000 moulds for details and thermo plastic resin bottles (PE, PP, PET, PETG, PS, etc.)
