The United States National Committee of the International Dairy Federation (US-IDF) is proud to welcome you to America’s Dairyland and excited to host the IDF / ISO Analytical Week 2017 in Madison, Wisconsin. Madison is the capital of Wisconsin and the beautiful capital building is located on an isthmus between Lake Mendota and Lake Monona .

The theme of Analytical Week 2017 is “New Approaches to the Safety, Quality and Performance Triangle.” We will have speakers from outside dairy to stimulate ideas, speakers to address food safety challenges and opportunities, and speakers to highlight cutting edge technologies.
