JingFu Mold Engineering Co. Ltd., startedas a CNC processing company in Chang'an town in 1997. With two decades of experience in tailor-made tooling and injection molding, Jinfu is now one of the professional mold providers known internationally serving for Aero Parts, Auto Parts, Household Appliances, Industrial and Beauty industry. JingFu Mold provide services of product designing optimization, mold designing, mold making, injection molding and beyond to companies from all over the world.
In order to meet the growing business demand, JingFu Mold has built a new plant with advanced equipment in 2013. The new Jingfu Molding plant ground area is 6,000 square meter with professional team of more than 160 people including 25 technical engineers. Jingfu renovates its entire equipment and machines with two CNC center machine KaFo B-3122, Hardford HB-3190 imported from Taiwan, one Two-head CNC EDM machine to enhance production capacity.
Jingfu is capable of making heavy mold up to 25T, with a maximum size up to 3200x2200mm. Jingfu provides service to a broad range of customers:
- Automotive molds, mainly for inside and outside decoration for automobile
- Aerospace molds, for aero seat, window frame, and TV cover
- Household Appliance molds, for air conditioner, TV top cover and back cover, refrigerator, washing machine, storage box and roofing system parts and many more
JingFu Mold makes sure its team uses scientific mold design and process control system to ensure the manufacturing efficiency and on-time delivery. The prior operation policy is QUALITY, as Jinfu’s management guideline, is also a core element pushes Jinfu moving forward and towards its own success. Jinfu Mold has many international business partners, BMW, Nissan, VW, Audi, Gree, Haier, and Whirlpool. JingFu Mold has at least 400 sets of mold tooling annually and establishes long-term relationship with its business partners from America, Canada, Germany, France, Turkey, and Italy.
