KAJ's B02L Roll-On Bottle cuts overall weight by nearly 2g

Over the last 6 months, KAJ Packaging has been developing and improving existing packs to make them even lighter, therefore making them more environmentally friendly and cost-effective for brands and consumers. 

Inspired by its predecessor the B002 model, the newly improved B02L Bottle has been able to cut nearly 2g off its original weight. By keeping the same external diameter and height, the packs maintain all original properties including material, color, tightness and torque force. This model is compatible with two types of caps, one domed and one flat, which have also seen a reduction in weight.

With even lighter packaging, energy is saved during manufacturing as machines do not need as much energy to heat the plastic or to cool the final product.

We also see the environmental advantages in the transportation process, as lighter weight requires less c02 in transit. The overall packs are much more cost-efficient for customers, both in material and transportation costs.
