Kliklok has won another order to supply two more JR carton forming machines for Heilmann in Germany, to erect tapered trays made from biodegradable & recycled board, packing fruit & vegetables. This brings the total number of Kliklok installations for Heilmann to NINE, a great success for both companies!

With economic and environmental factors continually playing a strong role in the packaging business, with particular emphasis on sustainability, the preference for using recycled carton board trays indicates a noticeable retreat from traditional plastic punnets.

With over 50 years of knowledge & experience in the packaging industry, Kliklok is able to offer a suitable cartoning machine to ease the transition from hand erecting to automatic carton forming - Kliklok’s JR Former has proved to be the perfect solution yet again.

The JR was selected for its long-standing reputation as a versatile and dependable machine, designed to accommodate small to medium sized cartons at up to 60 cartons per minute, providing a steady flow of formed cartons or trays for either hand filling or automatic product loading.
