With 40 years experience on mold-making for cosmetic products, by SHISEIDO Taiwan’s appreciation and encouragement, we founded Limner Technology, and expanded our business field to production molding of injection and blow extrusion. For the past decade, we have became a trustable supplier of SHISEIDO Taiwan. Afterwards, we established the new factory in 2011, and lead in Injection-Blow molding tech and product design, started to develop whole line products for skincare industry.
Tech-Centered
Our goal is to raise the ovarall quality level of cosmetic packaging, and make a significant change different from all the other inbusiness competitors, from design, mold to manufacturing; from CRM, service to state of mind. What we want to do is to become a tech-centered supplier rather than a container hypermarkets. We have three different molding processes in-house which seldom factories could have. 1975 JC MOLD Company Established. Specializing in blow, injection and injection-blow molds. We’ve been positively recognized by many international companies, and become their nominated supplier in Taiwan.
1993 Computer-Aided Design. Introducing into computer-added design ahead of our competitors. Using Uni-Graphics (UGS®) software to build up perfect curved surfaces especially for bottle design.
2001 Limner Technology Established. Focused on integration of supply chain, production of cosmetic bottles, caps and all kind of packaging.
2003 Dept. of Cosmetic Packaging Established. Developing hundreds of cosmetic container for SHISEIDO® and other cosmetic companies, and launching for the development of decoration processes for cosmetic packaging.
2011 The Completion of Our Whole New Factory. In order to raise production ability and service quality, we built a new factory located in a national technology park, and purchased Japanese Injection Machine (NISSEI®), Injection-Stretch-Blow Machine (ASB®), Desiccant Dryer (MATSUI®) and Germany compressor (KAESER®) as well.
2011 ISO-9001:2008 Certificated. Setting up a team for Design and Product Development for open products of cosmetic packaging.
