At Lombardi Design and Manufacturing, we are proud to re-introduce the iconic Clinique Pep-Start package. This project demonstrates our commitment to pushing the boundaries of dispensing designs. This award-winning package superseded industry standards, demonstrating how advanced manufacturing can enhance both functionality and aesthetics.  Notably being airtight and creating a mold design with quite narrow internal geometries.

Our design features three essential parts:

The Shoulder: Provides robust support and seamlessly integrates with the tube.

Ball Cap Applicator: Ensures easy and precise application.

Heavy Walled Outer Cap: Offers both protection and aesthetic appeal.

The focal point of this design is the dispensing pull cap applicator, engineered with a hermetic seal to preserve the integrity of the product. Lombardi assembles this innovative, three-piece design semi-automatically, each unit undergoing vacuum testing to ensure a flawless seal. This process guarantees the highest quality in each and every package.
