LVF Packaging
LVF Packaging designs, manufactures and delivers high quality thermoformed packaging for food, drink, pharmaceutical and gift markets. Services includes in-house design, prototyping and toolmaking; 24/7 manufacturing capabilities; warehousing space; and UK-wide next day delivery.
We design and manufacture thermoformed packaging products that are used extensively across food and non-food market sectors.
Our specialist manufacturing facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire has the capacity to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a weeks and is equipped with five Kiefel KMD Speedformers, a Siropack padding line and an Illig RV53.
The Kiefel Speedformers are some of the world's best-selling thermoforming machines and are designed to enable the rapid and low- cost production of rigid plastic packaging products.
We are constantly updating our equipment to ensure that the many millions of items of packaging we manufacture every year - all of which are produced from locally sourced raw materials - are produced in the most cost-efficient manner.
We led the way in the use of rPET materials, which today contain up to 90% recycled material
In 2019 we became one of the first packaging companies in the UK to manufacture and sell products made from BreakdownPET - a biodegradable and fully recyclable plastic material that is designed to quickly, naturally and safely decompose in landfill.
In 2020 we achieved a landmark goal – recycling all plastic waste created during the manufacturing process at our National Road factory in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
