Inkjet Printers
A diverse range of ink jet systems and technologies from EBS, United Barcode Systems (UBS) and RN Mark for printing onto products small and large - porous or non-porous. Character heights from 1.5mm to 115mm high can be printed as well as high-definition graphics, barcodes and 2D codes.
Label Applicators
Martek's range of label applicators and labelling systems cater for all labelling applications and budgets. Applicators range from low-cost label heads for simple requirements to ultra high-speed and bespoke applicators for advanced applications. Semi-automatic and fully automatic systems are available.
Print and Apply Systems
Martek supplies a comprehensive range of print-and-apply systems to suit most applications and budgets. All systems can be supplied to run on exisiting conveyors or as part of inline systems with integrated conveyors.
Label Printers
Thermal transfer label printers from Valentin and Godex to suit all applications and budgets from low-cost, low-volume label printing to high-speed, high throughput printing requirements. Printers are available with 200, 300 and 600 dpi resolution as well a systems specifically designed for GHS 2-colour label printing.
NiceLabel label print management software
The NiceLabel software suite includes label design, print management and automation products to cater for all label printing requirements whether simple or complex. Depending on the product, features include database integration, complex field handling, custom forms designer, Rich Text fields, curved text, complex serialisation, automatic print triggering and many more. All brands and types of printer supported.
Labelling Consumables and Accessories
As well as label printers and labelling systems, Martek also supplies high quality labels, ribbons and a wide range of labelling accessories. Most labels are produced in-house for quick turnaround. Accessories include label dispensers, rewinders, handheld label applicators and code readers.
Datalogic Laser Coders
Laser marking provides a clean, fast and environmentally friendly method of permanently marking a wide variety of products in many industry sectors. Text, graphics barcodes and 2D codes can be marked without the need for inks and solvents resulting in virtually no operating costs or environmental impact.
Valentin Thermal Transfer Coders
Comprehensive range of thermal transfer coders for marking flexible packaging materials, flat cartons, pouches, bags and other flat materials. All models will print text in any point size and font, barcodes, 2D codes and detailed graphics at 300dpi resolution.
