The MP1214 deodorant stick container is crafted from Post Consumer Resin (PCR) materials, including PP and ABS, making it an eco-friendly choice for cosmetic packaging. Available in capacities of 30ml and 50ml, this container is customizable in color to match your brand's identity. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10,000 pieces.
The manufacturing process includes silk screen printing, hot stamping, UV metalizing, and spray color, allowing for various decorative options. The container features a replaceable inner bottle and a bottom filling mechanism. After filling the product from the bottom, simply cover the gasket to secure it. This container is suitable for a range of products, including sunscreen, foot cream, antiperspirant cream, and more.
Deodorant Stick Container Instructions:
- Screw and open the lid.
- Screw counterclockwise and take out the inner bottle.
What is PCR? PCR stands for Post Consumer Resin. PCR plastics are recycled materials from existing PP and other plastics. These materials are recycled into other packaging materials through community recycling programs. The plastics are cleaned and turned into pellets before being reprocessed into food-safe, FDA-approved plastic bottles.
