New products can be manufactured as a laser sintered part or as a stereo lithography part during the development and design phases.
If the parts are complicated, pilot moulds are manufactured from aluminium or steel.
Modern ARBURG and ENGEL injection moulding machines, equipped with 5-axis CNC robots, handling and gate removal, make possible production methods which ensure first-class results.
A central material feed unit with integrated and PC-controlled drying guarantees that the machines are supplied at all times. The process data are determined and evaluated via a BDE system.
