Nano-Structure Process
Semiconductor devices for nanostructures are formed by breaking down larger structures. Their complex manufacturing process and physical limitations prevent further development in size. However, nanostructures are able to assemble its particles into well-defined configurations through self-assembly. If the artificial nanostructure manufacturing technology reflects cutting large pieces of ice into smaller ones in a top-down process, the nanostructure formation is a reversed bottom-up process.
