Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Dual Syringes

  • Nordson EFD

Nordson EFD offers disposable dual syringes and static mixers that provide controlled mixing and placement of two-part epoxies, adhesives, sealants, gels, pastes, and compounds used in a range of DIY home improvement, automotive, health and beauty, and dental applications.

Our two-component (2K) DIY syringes come in a variety of sizes from 4mL to 30mL and 1:1 or 2:1 ratios and they are available in polypropylene or nylon.

Along with being used for DIY adhesives, sealants, and paints in home-repair and automotive aftermarket products, dual syringes can be used in many other applications. In dental and health and beauty markets, DIY syringes are used to package lotions, hair products, skincare treatments, dental impression materials and whiteners, and denture adhesives. In animal health markets, DIY syringes are used to package flea and tick materials, hoof repair solutions, wound treatments, and more

The complete system includes a syringe, plunger, and mixer options to meet your specific application requirements. Some plunger options include an integrally molded cap for ease of re-using the material. The DIY syringes also feature self-venting barrels with a “lead-in” aid for easy filling and fluid packaging.

The disposable 2K DIY dual syringe product line is fully customizable, with the option to choose colors, labels, nozzle type, and material.
