The plant was initiated for supply to pharma multi-nationals and over the years our production facilities have been upgraded several fold.Our automatic German lines further augment capacity and enhance quality capability. Today, our capacity is 30 million tubes per month, probably the largest in India.
We have built up a complete support infrastructure comprising of a fully equipped tool room that ensures precision toolings and immediate response to break-downs as also dedicated injection-moulding facility. The processing area has an efficient air handling system to keep it dust free and deliver clean tubes manufactured under hygienic conditions.
Over two decades ago PERFECT was established to supply eye ointment tubes to multi-national pharma companies and high standards required by the pharma industry because our bench mark. SOPs and GMP have been accordingly established.
With this tradition, at PERFECT we believe that the essence of business is customer satisfaction through Quality. On sheer strength of this belief we have grown from 18 million tubes a year in 1982 to 288 million tubes today, with one satisfied customer leading us to another.
