Labeling machine, automatic dual-function Mod P / A TOUCH SCREEN adapted to the post, above labels wrapped in rolls of commercial (ingredients, logos, dates, codes ...) one color (foil on request) by thermal transfer printing and simultaneous application top, side and bottom of the same for flat products, round and conical. Possible job option (or press and applies only labeling), application speed, print width, manufacturer and printer connection mode (PC, USB, NETWORK) depending on production needs.

Automatic line 1 label

Suitable for the single application top, side and / or lower graphically default labels and wrapped in coil for round products, plans and conical with varying formats and complete with conveyor belt (various versions and sizes) embedded

Automatic line 2 labels

Suitable for the application in simultaneous dual front / rear and above / below, the default graph labels and wrapped reel for round products, taper plans and having formed variables and complete with conveyor belt (various versions and measures) built.

Distributing and printing groups

Suitable to print alphanumerical data, with hot (thermal transfer) or dry (embossing) on flat carton boxes and similars. Machine complete of vacuum conveyor to hold products and loading hopper.

Labelling heads

Able to apply pre -printed labels on top, side or/and bottom of round, flat, conical products. It has to be installed on existing production line. Our new range of machines include TOUCH SCREEN control panels. Different models available for labels height up to 300 mm, speed 60 mt/min, possibility to install overprinting unit.
