Bottles

The bottles we produce are made from polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) in co-extrusion blow molding and from PET in injection stretch blow molding. They are most frequently designed for shower gels, liquid soaps, scrubs, bubble baths, etc. Thanks to the injection blow molding technology (IBM) we may also produce more fancy roll-on bottles.

Closures

From simple PP caps for jars and bottles to several-elements closures for perfumes made from ABS and PCTA.

Color cosmetics

Thanks to our long-time experience in injection and assembling of multi-element packaging we may develop such makeup packaging as lipstick cases, lip-glosses or compacts. In our offer, among others, we have a standard lipstick case with the diameter of fi 12,7 mm.

Jars

Thanks to the technologies in use, we offer a wide variety of jars. Their volume reaches 1 L. We may produce thin- and thick-walled jars, simple jars, as well as two-element jars with additional inner jar. Their purpose depends on Client’s vision. They are most frequently used for face creams, body butters, peelings, as well as conditioners and hair masks. Jars produced with the use of plastic materials imitating glass may add a luxurious look to the product.

Cosmetic packaging items are deeply inspiring, however we are also well familiar with the world of chemical and food products. Beside cosmetics packaging products, we also produce packaging items for pharmaceutical, food and household chemicals industries.
