Flexo
We offer the highest level of Flexo print quality using our state-of-the-art equipment with onsite graphic services to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Up to 8 units with added capability of in-line coatings including cold seal.

HD Flexo
Our HD Flexo offers stronger colours, improved ink laydown and an overall improved appearance. Higher resolution means enhanced detail. By using state-of-the-art prepress technologies our printed results offer stunning imagery, better detail and greater consistency

Gravure
Our excellent Gravure print capabilities are trusted by the world’s biggest brands. Our onsite graphic services team ensure that you get the best from your design and our cylinder engravers are of the highest quality.

High Resolution Gravure (HRG)
HRG, exclusively developed by Pulse Flexible Packaging Limited, is an established and proven technology that offers an engraving resolution of 300lpi up to 1200 lpi. HRG offers excellent quality reproduction, unrivalled print repeatability and thanks to the high impact graphics, a greater on shelf appeal.

Ink Jet
Our Ink Jet process allows us to print a random seeding of winning messages. It can print a unique random number for every pack with an instant win/lose result. Different coloured inks are used to maximise security. Food grade inks are also available for direct food contact.
