The acquisition of UpSpring reinforces RB’s commitment to supporting expectant and new mums, and infants in the first 1,000 days of life. As a result of the acquisition, RB can support both breastfeeding mums and those who choose infant formula.

UpSpring is an attractive business and is aligned with RB’s strategy:

UpSpring will continue to operate as a stand-alone entity based in Texas, with the existing management team and co-founder continuing to lead the business.
