Robinson Client Yorkshire Provender Wins Gold for Soup

Yorkshire Provender has won gold at The Grocer New Product Awards 2019. The awards were held on 4th October at the London Marriott Hotel on Grosvenor Square.

The successful entry was their Super Broccoli Soup. The judges rated its tasty, creamy and healthy goodness a winning combination!

Yorkshire Provender Aromomatic Thai Carrot Soup was ‘highly commended’. Their Red Pepper Soup with Chorizo was also one of the finalists.

Everyone at Robinson Packaging, which developed the pots and lids for the range of soup, sends a huge CONGRATULATIONS to the fantastic team at Yorkshire Provender. Well done guys!

Sustainable Luxury Paper: Shoulder Boxes

Robinson's shoulder boxes present the most premium offering. The shoulder reveal acts as a third piece to a box and lid construct, offering incredibly easy opening. It also introduces the option of a further design element. The paperboard is made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper and is widely recyclable.

Jars for Food, Personal Care and Beauty

Robinson's range of jars are widely used in the food, personal care and beauty market sectors. Depending on the specific application jars can be made by injection moulding (IM), injection stretch blow moulding (ISBM) or extrusion blow moulding (EBM). Commonly used polymers are PET, PP and HDPE, all of which are recyclable. In some cases, additives such as UV inhibitors provide the jars with special functional properties.

ROBINSON Creates Bridal Boxes For Betty's

Robinson Paperbox Packaging has been chosen by iconic bakery – Betty’s of Harrogate to produce an elegant range of wedding cake boxes. Ranging in size from 8 inch to 16 inches in diameter, combining a box designed to protect a fragile product with a premium feel, Robinson created a litho laminated corrugated box and lid. The boxes are finished with an elegant, foiled logo on the lid.

Robinson, who were recently awarded FSC ® certification (Licence code: FSC-C186000) for its Paperbox division, have a produced a rigid shoulder box with internal fitments with a printed satin ribbon to hold the egg in place. The box has been printed in the traditional blue Rococo design inside and out on an uncoated paper. The packaging is 100% recyclable and has no element of plastic in it unlike most other Easter egg boxes on the market.
