Robinson is one of only 20 companies taking a stand at the world’s first virtual packaging exhibition, Webpackaging LIVE.
Visitors to the 3D stand will be able to look at a range of products on virtual shelves, including both plastic and premium paperboard packaging. The 3D stand allows attendees to click on each item to find out more information, see the textures and shapes, and connect with the company to find out more.
Martin Stevens, Group Marketing Manager says: “We have so much to showcase at Robinson this year, but traditional exhibitions are no longer the answer with people social distancing and avoiding travelling. This exhibition, which features a virtual exhibition stand, allows people to look at what we have to offer in their own time and from their own homes across the globe. We are hoping to provide a truly unique experience whilst also revealing products we know will excite our visitors.”
The Exhibition, which opens on September 1st 2020, will run for three months. Visitors will be able to explore the latest packaging concepts, find out about products and speak with experts directly.
Webpac’s CEO, Duncan Briffett says: “The goalposts for doing business have shifted. Webpac’s technology is ideal for the new environment packaging companies find themselves in, where digital technology can help them reach customers. We have always been at the forefront of digitizing and now it has become apparent how important this is when travel and face-to-face encounters are restricted.”
