The Great British Businesswoman Awards bring together and celebrate the woman who are changing the face of business in the UK. The awards showcase business role models, advocates and mentors as well as the women building and leading businesses across many sectors of the economy.

Dr Helene was a finalist for Role Model of the Year Award as a woman who inspired, enabled and supported other women inside and outside of the business in a significant way. She also was a finalist for The Engineering & Manufacturing Businesswoman Award which highlights an individual who is leading their organisation to new heights, through innovation, direction and determination. The competition was strong and it was amazing to champion all of the inspiring woman across the country. Congratulations to all finalists and winners!

Dr Helene became CEO nearly two years ago and was last year named as a ‘Woman to Watch’ by the prestigious Cranfield University’s School of Management Gender, Leadership, and Inclusion Centre. She is delighted with her place in the finals. She says:

“I feel incredibly honoured to have been named alongside the women in the same category who have all done so much to change the face of once male dominated industries. I am humbled to have been recognised for my passion for business and very grateful for the strong and growing team of women I have around me, all adding to our talented and diverse team here at Robinson.”
