Our response to COVID-19

As a global packaging manufacturer, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working to ensure the best safety for all our employees and work colleagues.

We align ourselves in accordance with the public health authorities in England and Poland and are meeting regularly to ensure we are following the latest government guidance on the virus.

Robinson staff are making a collective effort to work remotely and keep providing the best services to our clients and partners.

We especially thank our production teams who are working tirelessly to keep customer deliveries on schedule in all our UK and Polish manufacturing facilities in these challenging conditions.

The best source of expertise on risk and response to COVID-19 is the World Health Organization, national health authorities and the Government.

Sustainable Luxury Paper: Shoulder Boxes

Robinson's shoulder boxes present the most premium offering. The shoulder reveal acts as a third piece to a box and lid construct, offering incredibly easy opening. It also introduces the option of a further design element. The paperboard is made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper and is widely recyclable.

Jars for Food, Personal Care and Beauty

Robinson's range of jars are widely used in the food, personal care and beauty market sectors. Depending on the specific application jars can be made by injection moulding (IM), injection stretch blow moulding (ISBM) or extrusion blow moulding (EBM). Commonly used polymers are PET, PP and HDPE, all of which are recyclable. In some cases, additives such as UV inhibitors provide the jars with special functional properties.

ROBINSON Creates Bridal Boxes For Betty's

Robinson Paperbox Packaging has been chosen by iconic bakery – Betty’s of Harrogate to produce an elegant range of wedding cake boxes. Ranging in size from 8 inch to 16 inches in diameter, combining a box designed to protect a fragile product with a premium feel, Robinson created a litho laminated corrugated box and lid. The boxes are finished with an elegant, foiled logo on the lid.

Robinson's box and lid combination is robust enough for even the weightiest or delicate of contents, with products being held firmly in place. Since the same machine is used for both box and lid, they are the most cost-effective way of packaging beautifully presented luxury gifts.

ROCOCO chooses ROBINSON for its flagship Easter Egg for 2023

Robinson, who were recently awarded FSC ® certification (Licence code: FSC-C186000) for its Paperbox division, have a produced a rigid shoulder box with internal fitments with a printed satin ribbon to hold the egg in place. The box has been printed in the traditional blue Rococo design inside and out on an uncoated paper. The packaging is 100% recyclable and has no element of plastic in it unlike most other Easter egg boxes on the market.

ROBINSON Receives FSC Certification

Robinson is delighted to announce it has received FSC ® certification (Licence code: FSC-C186000) for its Paperbox division. FSC certification ensures that all products produced at Paperbox are sustainable. FSC-managed forests help provide clean air and water by restricting hazardous chemicals and following strict harvesting and forestry practices. Their work also helps ensure a diversity of animals, trees and plants as well as providing safe working conditions for everyone involved.

The folding cartons are made from 100% post-consumer recycled material and are widely recyclable. The paper is from sustainable sources with company currently pursuing FSC certification. Robinson offer many decorative options printed directly to the surface of the board. This includes printing up to seven colours, foil blocking, embossing and debossing.
