We offer Printed Electronic solutions for packaging.

    Saralon – Simplifying Electronics

Saralon is committed to produce electronics in a simple and cost-effective way. Therefore, we have developed various innovative inks (Saral Inks) to produce different electronic devices by using conventional printing machines. By using our Saral Inks, package manufacturers can print various disposable circuits themselves and integrate them into different packages by using their existing production line.

It is very easy to make things expensive and complicated but we, at Saralon, make things simple and cost-effective. Our technologies are developed to fulfill the requirements of the cost-sensitive packaging industry.

    About

Saralon is a spin-off from the Institute of Print and Media Technology at the University of Technology Chemnitz. The Institute of Print and Media Technology is a leading research institute in the field of Printed Electronics.

The team at Saralon has long expertise in the field of Printed Electronics. Our expertise not only includes inks but also circuit design, package design, package production and printing.

    Products

We offer Printed Electronic solutions for the following applications:

    • Light Emitting Package
    • Promotional Marketing Items
    • Electronically Secure Package

    How we do it

    1) Innovative Saral Inks are produced by Saralon for creating desired electronic features.

    2) Saral Inks are printed one-over-another to produce different electronic devices by using a conventional printing machine in ambient conditions.

    3) The printed electronic device is integrated into a package by using conventional technologies.

    4) An end-user can interact with the electronics integrated into the package. Electronics on a package make the package more attractive, highly secure and customer interactive. It can also connect a package to the Internet of Things (IoT).
